Description:
West Wind is basically a country band that has a bit of an attitude. We can play a wide variety of music from Hank Sr. to Joe Nichols on the country side, but also from Eric Clapton to Stevie Ray on the rock side. We have two totally different lead guitar players. David was born and raised on Country music. Robert has made his mark playing the Blues and Rock & Roll. And the two of them blend great together. They both do lead vocals, and they have excellent harmony. They can go from "Your Cheating Heart" right to "Cocaine", and everywhere in between. If you want variety, they can give it to you! Tom is our bass man, and he does a little singing, too! The big man with the big foot is our drummer, Keith. Our newest addition to the band is Kenny, who adds some fiddle and harmonica playing. We play clubs, rodeos, VFW, Moose, & Elk Lodges, weddings, anniversaries, corporate parties, grand openings, private parties. Just about anything! References available.
